Bradley is The Founder and Managing Director of Bradian, a company he founded in 1998, specializing in 3rd Party Integrated Logistics Solutions to the high value and high-volume market segment. Local and international blue-chip clients at the time included: Cell C, MTN, Neotel, Nike Garmin and Tudor Tech (better known for brands such as ScanDisk, Leica, Olympus, and Sigma)
Bradley pioneered the concept of specialised integrated logistics services to the Business to Consumer (B2C) segment of the mobile industry in South Africa, successfully servicing in excess of 70% of this market at its peak.
In 2009, Bradian Logistics (Pty) Ltd was acquired by Brightpoint Inc, with the unit becoming the core of the Brightpoint Southern Africa regional entity. Brightpoint was subsequently acquired by Ingram Micro and the local business operated as Ingram Micro Southern Africa. Bradley served the business in various roles including Operations Director, New Business Development Director – MEA as Managing Director – SA.
Bradley, with his partners in Maplewave, Acquired the business back from Ingram Micro in June 2017. Today Bradian is one of the largest and most effective distributors of mobile devices in Southern Africa outside of the Network Operators and enjoys and unparalleled record of quality and service delivery in the industry.

Eckhart Du Toit

Eckhardt worked at Deloitte from 1999 to 2004 in South Africa and the United States of America during which time he qualified as a chartered accountant “CA (SA)”.
In 2006 Eckhardt joined the Naspers Group as Finance Manager of Commercezone, from where he moved into the role of Finance Manager of MWeb Business, where he remained for 3 years. Eckhardt then spent four years with Garmin Southern Africa as Chief Financial Officer for the period 2012 to 2016.

Over 18 years’ experience in driving strategic growth and profit solutions for leading warehousing & logistics companies. Natashja is highly competitive, passionate, trustworthy, a team player, hardworking, dedicated and loyal.
Natashja is thoroughly experienced in operations management, warehouse management, cost savings, business planning, inventory management, distribution and receipts, systems and procedures, client liaison, key accounts and general management. Natshja is also part of the Management Team of Bradian.

Massimo Carelle
Risk Manager
Massimo is responsible for all security related matters at Bradian and has been in the security industry since 1993. He has a wealth of experience after spending 20 years predominantly in the technical field. Massimo now specialises in Security Risk Management.
Massimo currently serves on the committee of the Transported Asset Protection Association “TAPA” South Africa Workgroup and was selected as one of the first certified TAPA trainers for South Africa and is also an advisor on the TAPA EMEA Standards Committee. Massimo has featured in various articles in HighTech Security Magazine and is a regular speaker at various security related functions and conferences nationally.
Massimo also sits on the Electronic Security Industry Alliance “ESIA” interim committee, spearheaded by the Private Security Industry Authority “PSIRA” to formalise training programs for all security technicians.
Massimo prides himself on his uncompromised values and integrity. but has a zero tolerance policy to theft, fraud and corruption.

Charl was appointed as Financial Manager of Bradian Logistics and Accountant of Maplewave SA in June 2017.
Charl worked at Capstone Group from 2014-2016 where he completed his 3 years SAIPA Articles.
Charl is a highly motivated and results driven financial manager/accountant who has over 5 years of invaluable experience. Skilled in numerous financial and accounting fields, including: striving on making profits, preparing annual budgets, financial statements and managing the finance team. Having the ability to handle complex assignments effectively & possessing the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.
Charl sees himself as being loyal, confident honest and driven. Charl’s key characteristics are that he is well balanced and responsible, always looking forward to a new challenge.
